"The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. "The overall experience is ok. The owner refused for daily cleaning with excuse of Covid-19 restrictions. However, there was nothing like that. Its access to market was good however, it is far from BTS. "

"We loved our stay at Lebua, we were lucky enough to have a suite which included lounge access and breakfast. Breakfast had a wonderful variety every day and each evening we enjoyed a wine and afternoon snacks in the club lounge. It was a nice way to watch afternoon storms rolling in. The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable, including packing a huge breakfast box for us on our last day as we had an early check out. A good way to get around the city is a day pass from the boat depot around 500m away, for 300 baht you can get an all day hop on and off pass to see the sights. We will definitely be back as soon as we can! "

"We stayed here for a short layover in Bangkok and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. They hailed taxis for us, helped guide us, and were super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the room (although we were upgraded because we missed our flight and they couldn't refund us), there is on site laundry, lots of nearby restaurants and a pool (we did not check out the pool but it was quaint and looked nice). I generally liked the area the hotel is in. Some might find it busy but we were able to walk around the neighborhood and check out local restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if I'm ever in bangkok. "
