"A lovely hotel with good facilities, plenty of comfortable sunbeds and a great team of staff overall. However, attention to detail is lacking in some areas. Breakfast was repetitive, with limited variety, fruit cut into huge pieces and items such as tomatoes and courgettes often undercooked and cold. The cereal selection felt geared more towards children than adults, with Sugar Puffs and Cornflakes instead of granola and muesli. The fresh orange juice was excellent, but often the only juice available. Overall, the breakfast selection and food quality left room for improvement. Rooms are compact but well laid out, and cleanliness is excellent. The housekeeping team do a fantastic job. However, soundproofing is poor, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. Some sunbeds on the solarium were broken and appeared to need only minor repairs. It’s disappointing that such a simple fix has been overlooked. The pool and upper sunbathing areas open at 11am, and guests generally didn’t rush to reserve sunbeds, so there was always plenty of choice — a real positive. The location is excellent, with plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket on the doorstep. Most staff were friendly and helpful, although one gentleman notably lacked customer service skills. Overall, we enjoyed a nice break, but better attention to detail, improved breakfast quality and soundproofing would make a real difference."

"The pool area is lovely however did not appreciate the life guard spitting on the floor when walking round. Last year we stayed here and we were able to grab a croissant before the dining room fully opened as we had an early flight. This year asked the dining room staff if we could grab a roll and was told no and to get out of the dining room even though it was only 5 minutes before official opening. Thought this was a little disappointing. Breakfast not bad and quite a nice choice and fresh. Sometimes found the hallways a little noisy with kids etc but acceptable. Overall this is a good hotel it is a little walk away from the bars but not a problem for us. Easy walk to Cala bona and a short bus ride to sa coma. We had a better room this time round, still very clean, however the toilet was a little wobbly!! We would return here again as loads of sun loungers, pool huge and clean but think we will try another part of the island next year."

"Location is excellent, room very clean, all staff very professional if we needed anything it was sorted straight away , would be nice if there was parking but we managed to get street parking. Food was well cooked but a bit the same most evenings. Would stay again if we were going back to Cala Millor."

"Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."
