"Great location with its own private beach and surrounding area which makes it good for not having to leave the hotel. 2 pools and lots for space to do activities including table tennis, pool etc. The hotel is old and needs a disparate makeover to bring into the modern world. The rooms are big and mostly clean. Not sure if it was quite season but hardly anyone around (staff included)."

My personal shoutout to the manager of customer experience Mr. Ladang...he was accessible via whatsapp, accomodated my extended family of 11 people, and helped arrange for a personal tour of Sihanoukville (riding with us) and shuttle transport to our overnight bus. His personal touch was similar to a personal concierge, valet, or butler service at top worldwide...
