"We only booked this location because it listed shuttle pick up and drop off. When we arrived we had to figure out on our own that there is no shuttle service there and the closest one is about a 20 minute walk away"

"The room was filthy, they didn’t even try to make it look clean. The bed sheets were stained, there were holes in the sheets. We had to buy sanitizing wipes to wipe down everything including the floors. The area of the hotel has a bunch of suspicious looking people everywhere, it made you feel unsafe even in your room. The only good place about this location was that the front desk person was willing to give us another room after I complained that our first one was filthy, but the new room was...
