"Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."

"The beachouse is a lovely place. Don’t expect a 5star resort, but it’s got all you need. Staff is friendly and helpful and you feel welcome as a solo traveler. There’s not much around (no supermarkets, shops etc) so unless you have a car, make sure you bring everything that you need for your stay. The public bus from/to the airport stops right in front of the Beachouse (costs about FJD11 one way and takes about 3h) Just make sure you tell the driver multiple times to stop at the Beachouse. "Breakfast is included which was a huge array of different foods and you could bring small Tupperware to take some “extras to-go” to munch on later! ;) The water snakes are NOT poisonous. "We purchased an upgraded villa in the Club lounge. It is a 1200 sqft room with a nice balcony. The apartment is very odd. It has a approx 18 ft couch in it, not really useable. The rest of the apartment was well equipped. Separate shower and toilet. The club area is a bit far from the ocean but we liked the daily tea and cocktail hour. Lots of kids."

"A great family resort (the best on the coral coast) and one of the few in Fiji that genuinely caters for toddlers right through to teenagers. Big points for the free nanny service during breakfast, and for not counting teens as adults until 17 - unlike most resorts who make the switch at 12. Would I come here if I didn’t have kids? No. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on the coral coast with kids - this is the place."

"For families, but also couples, groups a perfect get-away. A 2 hour drive from Nadi airport, but gives a good view of the land. Resort spacious and lots of extra facilities to stay on the resort for 5 days. But also options to visit surrounding by taxi, van or bus. All inclusive a blessing with kids in the peak season.
