This lovely 2 bedroom/2-bathroom condo, which comfortably sleeps 5 guests, resides in Harbor Towers on Siesta Key. Harbor Towers is a premier complex with loads of amenities that sits directly on the bay where you can watch incredible morning sunrises. Close to famous Siesta Key beach (2 min. drive/15 min. walk) with its fabulous powdery white sands is just a short bike ride or Trolley ride away. This specific unit was very efficient for our needs. There does need to be some updates made to it but overall it was just fine. One thing that was awesome that I will mention is there was what looked like a brand new slow cooker in the kitchen and due to one night being chillier than normal, I took advantage of using it! Any questions I had were immediately answered by itrip. We love Harbor Towers and will continue to come here (this is our 4th year here).

Too many Chiefs!

We stayed two weeks at Harbor Towers and found the condominium was ran by a lot of chiefs! The current tenants are not scared to enforce the rules. Families were using the social room past 10pm and the following day, 10-15 signs were all over the condo advertising the rules. Someone was playing music at the pool, that was immediately shut down by one of the tenants (the music wasn’t bothering anyone and was very low in volume). To get into the condo is kind of a pain, you’re to park in the back and everyone has an assigned parking spot but ours was used everyday my maintenance and hired contractors. You must enter the back and use a fob to enter. If you need the elevator, entering through the front is best and then having someone park in the back. The condo itself was very very very dusty. It had your limited cups and plates, one cookie sheet and three pans. The electric stove top takes so long to heat anything. The owner was very attentive to our needs/questions. I just don’t see us renting in the future due to the residents in the condo, they all talk about each other at the pool and it just puts you in an awkward position. Also beach access is a 12 minute walk because you must access through the public beach.

Love the beach

First of all harbor towers was absolutely beautiful the beach again it was absolutely beautiful. Siesta key is great. My only complaint with the condo would be the mattresses from my taste. They were way too firm. I think maybe they need to be upgraded. Other than that. Everything was fantastic.

Family vacation

Great location, great place! I felt like home. The entire place was clean! The host always answered us back when we asked for stay more days! Definitely we will come back. Thank you for everything!

Bay Tower

The Condo was completely like it was advertised. There were needs for nothing. Out side pool and grounds were as advertised. The upkeep of the pool area was so so. Tables chairs and trash not kept up with on nights and weekends. We were told this was do to recent loss of maintenance people. Control of who used the pool was poorly managed. People from the outside were coming in and meeting people who were renters which in turn put tables and seating at a premium at times. When the office was informed of this they said there was no way they could control this. They needed someone to take the time to observe the pool area. Groups of 5/6 people were coming in the back gate area going over to their friends getting a FOB and going into the complex to change. This practice was our main concern. Hopefully this can be corrected in the future! Thank you Loretta and Terry for sharing your home.

Beautiful but crowded and poor management

The unit itself was very nice and updated. The property was not well kept due to all the tourist. There was very loud construction going on that we were not informed of. The property would be nice if there weren’t so many renters. We rented the condo for 5 weeks. Two weeks in my father passed away from a tragic accident. We had to leave to go to North Carolina to take care of the affairs. We did not buy the insurance. ITrip was not sympathetic towards our issue and would not issue any sort of refund. They agreed to re-list on VRBO, but no one rented. They enforce a minimum stay of two weeks per the property but I met several guests during my stay that were only staying a week. I understand we were obligated to pay but I would have hoped for some sympathy. I felt the manager was quite heartless. We will not go back due to iTrip and lack of consideration.
