This was perfect for our family. Really close to the beach and a very family friendly property for the kids. The walk to the beach is almost nothing and we enjoyed the pool.

Beach chairs and beach umbrellas supplied.Short walk to the beach. Good size kitchen with all kitchen appliances was great. Only complaint was the sofa bed was very uncimfortabke due to feeling the springs in the mattress.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at this location! There were a few hiccups with the key fobs on the door being funky but was addressed by the staff. A few upkeep items like the freezer leaking into the fridge creating a layer of ice and the dish washer rack falling off track should be addressed but nothing that would cause a damper on our vacation. Access to the beach was a little cumbersome as the majority of the beachfront is private but we would absolutely stay again!

Perfect for couples, good value

l was nervous about reviews suggesting property was run-down, but our unit was sanitary and fresh-smelling with no more than the usual amount of wear. Appeared just as in photos, and the cleaning/linen/kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Property and pool/hot tub were well kept; easy walks to beachfront and convenience store; ample chairs and umbrellas for loan. Other travelers seemed content and laidback. Excellent value for the money!

Great little place to stay

We had so much fun in Siesta Key over Thanksgiving. The location was perfect, the pool and hot tub were nice, the room was clean. Thank you for a good experience.

Great location but very dirty bedroom!

Pros: Location is excellent, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Potential to be a great room if clean and updated carpet/paint Use of pools Nice kitchen area New couch is comfy and nice looking/ grey CONS: Very dirty walls that could easily be cleaned. Dirty footprint and scuff marks all throughout the bedroom. Bathroom needs fresh paint Absolutely filthy bedroom carpet that felt sticky and all along the border just filled with dirt and dust. Broken refrigerator handle Overall they need to provide updated beach umbrellas and chairs for each room. Rusty told chairs and umbrellas that are broken for the most part. Would not stay again until they put money back into the property. Each unit is individually owned. We stayed at 102B. I cannot speak to other rooms. I asked the office to have someone come and clean the dirty footprint and scuffs off the walls, the stated it would be taken care of that afternoon but it was not. Hope this helps someone make a good decision. We have been to Siesta Keys 3 times, this was the worst stay.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay! Took trolley to village and was able to enjoy bands and not worry about traffic or parking! Great French restaurant within walking distance. Sunset was beautiful at the beach!

Great getaway

This property was everything we wished for . Some area where TLC is needed ( loose door handles, bathroom Door is broken. )but not enough to take away from what this place has to offer. Best perk is that it is within walking distance to many great restaurants, especially some the best the Key has to offer (Toasted Mango for breakfast , Anna’s for lunch ! )

Loved the property and location fine but beach not so much. Private beaches no room to put umbrella nasty run off pipe there. Luckily a friends family lives there and we went down to public beach much wider very roomy very pretty. Plus has snack bar and bathrooms.

Great location and Pleasant Room

Was a last min getaway and we couldn't be happier. The room was loaded with everything we could need to make our stay great. Only down side was awful group of drunk kids on the last two nights of our stay decided to determine no one else mattered besides them. A call to the PD was needed and things calmed down. Not the owners fault at all. Overall would happily stay again!

The bathroom grout look moldy, couch in living area was broken uncomfortable to sit on , if you are first floor you will hear everyone footsteps, if you sleep pass 8am noise will wake you up !!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay here!! The location was quiet and perfect! Out of the hustle of the main area, but easy to get there if you want too. Access to two pools and the beach! We never had an issue getting chairs and an umbrella. We were always early and spent all day between the two. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe everywhere. Thank you!! Side note- the couch needs an update! Uncomfortable to sit on, but didn’t stop us at all and not a hold back to not go again.
