"Ist time to what Lowestoft needed a great affordable hotel, expect perfection and you will be not be disappointed
Exceptionaly nice appearance on arrival, very nice welcoming and knowledgeable staff.
Bar lovely, plenty of info on restaurant menu.
Tight menu, but in apperance and taste exceptional flavours, all home made and local, impressive clean decor through out hotel
Room/ chalet annexe was 10/10 with all the essentials and more ,so comfy, with cosy bed.
Despite building work still in progress you can see the finished product will be outstanding, with every atttention to detail to make a great stay
Only negative when its bedtime and you need your sleep, the noise from the gravel is annoying.
Always avoided a staying in lowestoft, as majority of hotels are in desperate need of life support, as the hotels are tired and need major investment.
The Coach House could be the inspiration the other hotels nearby need in the revival Lowestoft needs.
