His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. "We were there for the Back to the Beginning Concert after another hotel cancelled on us!!! I had tried to get twin beds instead of us cramming into a double! Was told hotel was fully booked each time I checked. On check in still the same situation, but after Steph heard my request, she later made it work!!!! Giving us the twin and a single guest a bigger double bed that he gladly accepted! So kind of her!!! Breakfast in the morning was very good and I swear the croissants were homemade!!! Some of the best I have ever had! Rooms were spotless and looked brand new! I was so concerned when I realized I booked something on a campus! But it was a great experience and a fun pub was close by! So that was great for food and a beverage at night!"
