"Brilliant location, very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean and well equipped room. Good choice of food and drink in the bar area, which was served very quickly. Very good value for money for an excellent overnight stay before an early morning flight. Very easy to walk to from the train station, and short walk to terminals. Would recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed. "

"Before staying at this hotel I had read about how they had done work to improve it and effectively this was clear in the rooms. They were clean and the bathroom was in a new condition. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. However there are a couple of areas that could still use improvement. The mattress was thin and thus hard as I was you feel the support underneath. "The property did provide limited car parking which was useful. Maybe next time though I should read the entry better as this isnt a Bed and Breakfast (B&B as stated clearly in the title). They no longer provide breakfasts which was slightly inconvenient especially as there was no kettle in the room. "

"3 night stay for our visit to crufts at the NEC. Owners very friendly & obliging. Room was small, but ideal for our short stay. Room was clean. Lovely breakfast. Bus, 1 minute walk from hotel and only two stops and short walk into NEC."
