"Great staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, easy parking, lovely food in the restaurant. Will definitely look to return if staying in the area again."

"This is not a hotel. It is a house that rents rooms out. That said, it was clean and fine for a one night stay. I was not sent check in instructions, so I had to call them when I arrived to see how to access my room."

"The Good, the Bad and then there is the lack of sleep… The good included the pleasant and friendly welcome and the service from the hotel's team throughout, plus the comfortable bed, the large TV and good Wi-Fi. The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance. The lack of sleep was the major issue, dependant on where you room is located in the hotel will...

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

"All was good"

"The Croft Hotel is in a very quiet location but a short bus journey or drive from the city centre and ideally located for the De Montfort Hall. Our room was spacious, with good natural light by day and electric lighting by night. It was a large room which was very clean and comfortable with ample storage for belongings and plenty of power sockets and windows that you can open! Our bed was extremely clean and comfortable and the shower was easy to regulate. The hotel has a bar and a TV room. The...

"I felt unsafe staying here as a lone female traveller and would not recommend it to anyone travelling alone - the only think that made me feel better was barricading the door with the chair in the room as the lock was loose "

"Although we almost turned around upon walking down the block towards the guest house, I am glad we stayed there. Paul, the custodian, was charming and helpful, the facilities were adequate, and access to food make a simple breakfast was nice, but every room should have a fan. We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again."

"Clean room, the room was lovely. I enjoyed my stay. I live in Coventry, but I just came to visit the guesthouse for fun. Just felt like changing my environment for one day visit.Thank you."

"Very clean room and bathroom. Nice and quiet, would definitely recommend"

"Very Clean and Great Place to stay "
