"My first time at shangri la. Amazing experience! Very kid friendly. Without prompting, the staff rolled in an extra kids bed and left kids toothbrushes in the bathroom. Real attention to detail. Highly reccomend!"

"Very nice hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and very polite. Our room was cosy but the bathroom was quite small and inadequate. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was a little pricey for 2 nights and we may have expected more from it."

"Had a great stay at Hotel Loy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the pool was lovely, and the location was great for us - close enough to be able to walk to Old Town but also far enough off the Main Street we didn’t get late night noise."
