"The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and with all the expected amenities. There were no staff on site (the key is left in a lock box). I stayed on Monday night, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (hence no interaction with staff). Unfortunately, I did not sleep very well at all due to the loudness of a generator which kept me awake all night. It felt as if I was sleeping inside a helicopter. "We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the room was a great size and the beds were comfy."

"An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you"

"Nice Apartment. The cooking area has everything you need, the Checkin via Kickboxen was very convenient and the apartment is located very good in the city centre."

"great place to stay , very friendly husband and wife team, fresh hot cook breakfast, good recomendation for Take"

The beds were comfortable and room was warm, breakfast was good but it still remains that we were disappointed with the description and would not...

"What an amazing hotel. Alex and Mark have thought of everything and are fabulous hosts. The bed was super comfy, the room spacious and well equipped with lots of little thoughtful details to enhance my stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, Mark does the best poached eggs! I can’t wait to go back."
