"Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is spread on 9, 10 and 11th floors on Orange City Mall. Entrance to the lobby is on the rear side. This is overlooking the in/out ramp of the basement parking lot, hence no waiting area.
Room: Comfortable bed, comes with amenities (kettle, water, team, coffee, etc). Compact in size, and ones travelling with heavy luggage may find it cramped. Bathroom is quite compact.
Views: Our room overlooked airport, a highway and Metro train station, but no noise seeped thru the windows. Well insulated.
Parking: Basement parking is available, but it's shared with the mall. Also, the lot is incomplete with lot of construction materials lying around. Inform the parking attendant that you are a guest at hotel. Access to lift from basement is via stairs. "

The vegetarian restaurant delivered an amazing variety of delicious food at reasonable prices. The only real problem with the stay was poor WiFi which was essentially nonfunctional for my entire three day stay. "

In this regard it is to inform you that Hotel Personal not allowed me to check-in in the hotel on 07.01.2025. They have informed me that they have cancelled my booking and accordingly inform you (Hotel.com) also about the same through their email on 06.01.2025.
I have already raised my problem with you through email on 07.01.2025 and over phone on 07.01.2025 but no support provided from your end.
