In this regard it is to inform you that Hotel Personal not allowed me to check-in in the hotel on 07.01.2025. They have informed me that they have cancelled my booking and accordingly inform you (Hotel.com) also about the same through their email on 06.01.2025.

"A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. "The hotel was shut down because of renovations in progress and did not notify us in advance. We had no place to stay upon reaching Nagpur and were cabbing around for 2 hours for a decent place to stay.Nightmarish experience, charged us the full amount, unreachable contact info, untraceable and conflicting addresses listed on booking confirmation and receipt. Would never recommend to anyone. Safety first."
