Hidden in the breath-taking Shropshire countryside, this cottage offers the perfect escape from everyday life. The lovely living area and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a couple, or a small family, it also includes a host of modern comfort’s making it an ideal home away from home.

Spend your evenings curled up on the leather sofa watching a movie on the smart TV, Netflix available. There is also an enclosed 1 acre paddock adjacent to the property which is available for your use.  Let the dogs run free and enjoy the freedom and selection of dog toys whilst you make use of the picnic bench and enjoy a drink or spot of lunch.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a hearty home made meal on the electric hob or in the air fryer, before taking a seat at the dining table to tuck into your meal. There is also a downstairs WC.

Upstairs on the first floor you will be welcomed by the relaxing ambiance of the king size bed and idyllic space to lay your head to rest at the end of the day. There is a smart TV in the bedroom also. You will also find a single bed in the snug, just off the bedroom, and a pull out chair bed, which is ideal for older child or additional adults.

Discover the en-suite bathroom benefiting from a spacious bathtub and an over the tub shower, giving you the choice of a nice long soak or a brisk cleanse. Downstairs outside the french doors there is a patio area with table and chairs to enjoy alfresco breakfast or dining admiring the scenic setting of the shared access to the owners lawn.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, an air fryer, a kettle and a microwave.

- One bedroom which contains a king size bed and also a single bed in the snug, and a pull out chair bed, which are ideal for older children or an additional adults.
- One bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a shower over the bath.

- Medium sized dog crate is available if required (stored in the under stairs cupboard).
