"Check-in was slow. Impressive lobby, clean & comfortable. Wi-Fi wasn’t free unless you were a member of the club. Extras were expensive. No special channels on TV. Breakfast buffet attendant was very helpful & accommodating. Housekeeping didn’t clean room but took our hanging towels & didn’t leave any. Called & only gave us one bath towel. Disappointed with Hilton in the past we have had very good stays. "
