"Beautiful place to stay, lovely calm, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Great selection at breakfast. Only downside was no air-con in my bedroom and was very hot through the night. Would definitely stay again. "

"Staff are great friendly and helpful, breakfast was spot on good quality, central location, I've stayed before and it suits my needs, everything worked correctly, good hot water in shower (better than some more expensive hotels). Overal a nice hotel to stay lovely building but needs a freshen up. "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and good food incl breakfast at the Skybar & restaurant. Nice touches with free complimentary mini bar and access to the spa. Very convenient for events at BP pulse arena. Only negative is some areas of the Spa incl pool and showers need a deep clean and freshen up with paint."
