"Absolutely wonderful! Willow cottage has everything you need for a break away from home, lovely hosts, quiet setting, a pub a short drive or walk away, a farm shop next door and a local shop and the best Indian restaurant/ takeway only a two minute walk away."

"The property was large and was a good base to use being about 20 minutes from a beach and about 10 minutes walk from a park with swings etc for the grandchildren. It was about 5 minutes drive from an Aldi and Lidl. "

"I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at coalminers cottage. I felt the cottage was extremely clean and cosy, which was important for me as i grieve my Mam. I looked forward to returning from a busy day, to such a warm, comfortable space. Communication with Dylan was spot on. I will be back!!!"

"This is a versatile accommodation for business, pleasure, families. Set in a fantastic location at the bottom of penshaw monument. There are some many places within a short drive. If you don’t want to drive there is lots to do in the immediate surrounding area. A short walk and you are down by the river, where there is a great coffee shop or friendly pub. "Fantastic cottage with amazing views. The cottage has almost everything you need making it a very relaxing experience. Fields as far as the eye can see. Farmer Andy and his cows are very friendly. We had a very small problem and it was sorted out very quickly. "
