"We had such a great stay at White Oaks! One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the staff were. When we were checking in, one of the staff members heard that we were celebrating my sister's 16th birthday, and we were so surprised to find a little treat waiting for her in the room! It was such a sweet gesture and made our stay feel extra special. It's the little things like that that really make a difference and show that the staff genuinely care about their guests. "We are very happy to stay here. It is close to most everything. Walkable to the falls. The room is awesome and they provide in bed breakfast. Love it!"

"The friendliness!"

"The place was clean and safe ! The parking lot was well lit and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Will Definitely stay here again"

"staffs are very nice and polite, everywhere is clean and shiny."

"Knocking at the door and window all night long. Got very little sleep. Need better night time security"

"The room was nice and spacious but they smelled of pee and must. The hallways were very stinky as well. There were no microwaves in any of our three rooms which was very inconvenient. There is no communal place to warm up your food either. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms either. The overall stay was alright."

"Advertised as a falls view room. We had to stand in the corner of the window and look behind another building to see the falls. We were told that off site parking would be $35.00 per nite. When reviewing the bill we paid $68.92 with taxes and fees for one nite to park the car. Their falls view breakfast menu had no prices on it. The old saying that if you have to ask the price you can afford it. Well let’s face it this place is misleading and not that good."

"Such a clean & cute stay. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also delicious."

"Very decent hotel. Have been booking our stay here every time we go here."

"What a Fantastic View All Around!😍 From the lobby to the falls view room, I really enjoyed the Niagara Falls all day and night. It was my 3rd visit to the Niagara Falls, and this hotel was the best location that I have ever experienced."

"Everything was great!"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff highly recommend"
