"Almost everything about this property was excellent: clean; spacious; helpful staff; extra towels; plenty of hot water for the spa in our room; could park right by our door. The main reason I gave it a 4 rating is because of the “fireplace“. A tiny pilot light continually burned. Pushing the on/off switch changed nothing. The staff at the front desk said this was normal; the pilot light was to add ambience. Really? We could see no light (for ambience) coming from the fireplace. Why have a sheet of directions to operate the fireplace when the directions changed nothing? Lesser reasons for the 4 rating were 1) the very dim light over the bathroom sink and 2) the scratchy, paper-like tissues provided to blow my nose with. All in all, a great place to stay. No need for a nonfunctional fireplace, though!"

"Very clean! The kids suite with the bunkbeds was absolutely amazing for our stay. Our daughter loved it and it made bedtime so much easier. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious! The pool is the perfect temperature and is not freezing cold. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we travel a lot."

"Had a wonderful weekend with my wife , hot tub was great location was great.It was quiet.Just what we wanted a weekend away from all the distractions.Communication with mike was excellent and quick plan to come back with the kids in the summer"
