My family only stayed here one night after leaving Michigan Adventure's en route to Sleeping Bear Dunes. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm face. The breakfasts were delicious and very nicely presented by Bob and Ellen. We stayed in the skylight room. The room is very nicely appointed but it is rather small. It's the smallest room in the house. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Ludington.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The Cartier Mansion is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The owners were very friendly and so much fun to chat with at breakfast.
The only think we would have changed is we wish we had reserved the front room which is attached to the upstairs balcony. But the room we were in was great and we loved our stay.
