I found the mattress quite comfortable, and although the compartment was small I was able to move around inside comfortably. Noise does travel easily between adjacent compartments for those easily disturbed. I fear that on one heavy-drinking night I may have been the snoring disturbance, so bear this in mind. "I booked my stay just as I was about to board my flight since I had a 23h layover in Tokyo. By the time I landed I had my booking confirmation, as well as a personal email from Tokyo Hostel Fuji to welcome me prior to my stay with the code for the door in case I was late. Check in was smooth, the hostel is right next to the subway and very close to the Shinjuku district. It is a bit far from both airports, but I was looking for the 24h districts so it was perfect for me. "
