"The property is very convenient for travelers by train as the Shoji Line is a little over a few blocks away. It was very clean and smelled like a new property. Has 4 western style double beds which were nice and comfortable. AC throughout the place. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Has its own parking spot but it’s really only for small cars and since ours was an SUV it was really hard to squeeze in there. There’s a really good sushi restaurant nearby, which we ate at a few times, and a 7-11...

"The stay was clean and tidy but was smaller than the pictures showed. It was still manageable for 4 people however the staircase to the bedrooms was questionable for those late drunk nights. The location was a 10-15 min walk from two metro stations however it was a trek during the check-in day as this is not a real hotel so luggage delivery services don't apply."

"The area around the bed has not been cleaned, the heater only warms to the living room remote control, and the gate is broken, so I contacted him all morning and managed to fix it. The air conditioner used as a heater is dusty and the closet door in the second bedroom is broken. I have used it many times, but this was the worst accommodation ever."

"The property was well kept and continently located near the subway which made travel in the Osaka area really easy. This is a great spot for foreign tourists when staying in Osaka."

"Unfortunately, we had an issue come up (not related to the house)that forced us to leave a day early. We enjoyed the house for our large group for the day we were there. We used mostly taxis to get around. They were very convenient, as public transport was not. One thing to note about houses in cities of Japan - the stirs in the house are steep"

"洗濯機があるとのことでしたがありませんでした。洗濯機を頼りにしたパッキングだったので手洗いしました。清潔感も良くないです。到着して部屋に入ると虫がいて蜘蛛の巣もあり掃除機をかけようとしましたがその掃除機もヘッドが外れて取り付けられないように壊れていました。そういうわけで床の布団で誰も寝たがらなかったです。"

"The booking process was smooth, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. However, we felt the experience lacked the warm hospitality we usually associate with hotels in Japan. It felt more like a stylish hostel or self-service accommodation rather than a full-service hotel. While some travelers may prefer this minimal interaction, it would be helpful if the listing clearly set those expectations for future guests. "
