"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"素晴らしい旅の思い出となりました。まず、スタッフのおもてなしの数々。食事は日本料理を選びましたが、「本当に日本人に生まれてよかった。」と思える、料理のおいしさを堪能しました。夕食の２時間が、味の舌鼓とスタッフとのやり取りに家族の会話も弾み、あっという間の楽しいひと時となりました。お風呂は「立ち湯」に行ってみました。広い湯船の向こうには、もはや壁もガラスも無く、楓や自然の渓流がすぐそこに存在しています。別世界のような景色が3階の「立ち湯」にみられ、露天？の新しい、そして素晴らしい形態を体験することができました。是非また季節を変えて宿泊したいと思います。"
