"The hotel is terrific and located very close to the main 1st class shopping district in Beijing and is also a 20-30 minute walk to Tienamen Square, the National museum and close to three subway stops (10-15 minutes walk). Staff very helpful from the moment you arrive with quite adequate English, especially at the concierge desk. Only off notes was that the concierge sent me to a very expensive restaurant when there were several other options with quite good food at 1/3 the price. Be careful of the Art and Tea scams in Beijing, or the iPhone switch scam. They can very deviously steal your money in the 100s of dollars. Look that up before you leave. "

"Nice property in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to check in early and altho they could not provide a double bed room, they provided the next best option with a nice view. Concierge was very helpful. Would have been great if they responded through expedia portal or had another contact ahead of check in to book tours through."
