We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable.

Not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel

It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response to. In fact, all the front desk staff we met during our stay was the same. They wouldn't take the initiative to find ways to make their guests stay more comfortable. The most welcoming staff was the one for housekeeping. He always greeted me with a big smile and asked politely if he could clean my room. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe King Room. The room is spacious but the condition is appalling. There are many cracks and scratches, and you can see signs of water leakage here and there. Two lights in my room were not working properly but I couldn't ask for a change of room as they're all fully booked. We went to their lobby bar one night just to find that many of the drinks on their menu were not available, and they only had 1 choice of red wine and 1 choice of white wine. We didn't go back to any of their restaurants afterwards. Facility-wise, both their gym and pool were closed for maintenance. Overall, I'd say all the 4-star hotels I stayed in for business trips are better than this one.

The priperty is classy and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was very good. Coffee was lacking in room. The tea bage coffee version produces very weak coffee. AC unit had the room temperature set at 25 c and often climbed to 30c. Uncomfortable when its that hot and the windows are locked so not able to open to get releif from the heat.

各方面都不错的酒店

每次来石景山区出差都会住在这里。酒店工作人员非常热情，不厌其烦。有一次由于走的匆忙，忘了开发票。打电话咨询后不到5分钟，收到了发票已经寄出的短信，点个赞！房间干净，酒店内部走过的每个位置都没有烟味，夜里非常安静。赞一下设备齐全的健身房，对酒店客人24小时开放。另外，酒店位置极佳，商务办公楼及购物饮食都近在咫尺。交通也非常便利，离地铁口不远，方便每次乘北京西站火车往返的我。而且酒店就在长安街的延长线上，想去内城天安门广场游览也无需转车或绕路。天气好的时候，可以骑辆共享单车，一直往西骑，去西边不远的山脚下踏青，即锻炼了身体，也偷得片刻休闲。下次来石景山区还会选择再次入住 :)

Comfortable stay

Location was good as the Hotel is part of a entertainment complex which includes a shopping mall and cinema. Room is reasonably clean. Wish the TV was HD quality ! This would have made the stay all the more perfect! There should also be more information available in the room about day trips to cultural sites in different languages and how to go about booking them.
