"This was the first time I stayed there because we always traveled with a dog. This time we didn't have our pet with us, so we thought we would try it out. This property does not allow pets. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive and quick to address a toilet issue. The only thing that works against them is that they do not offer a complimentary breakfast. But I knew that going in. They encourage you to eat at their in-house restaurant that serves breakfast. So, you can get breakfast, you just have to pay extra."

"Hotel was nice with historical features. Does need some updating but beds were comfortable. Frig, microwave and individual coffee pot in room. Breakfast was good with variety. Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, fried potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, breads. They also had an evening snack with wine/beer, cheese, crackers, veges and dip, pretzels. Staff were all very nice and friendly. Location is the best."

"The resort was beautiful! The staff was friendly and we had two delicious meals in the restaurant. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the ceiling height made our room feel so spacious! The golf course was beautiful and the staff in the pro shop were friendly and accommodating! Great trip!"
