They first said no but i went back and got it finally after complaining they're were only 2 towels in the room and the reservation was for 3. Otherwise great place for a great price."

"We stayed one night before our drive to Ashville and then one night upon returning to Charlotte before our flight the next day. Everyone was so friendly. They allowed the 4 of to play cards in the lobby area. Coffee and flavored water was available 24 hours. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable and fluffy pillows! I would stay again if in the area. "
