The bedroom boasts a plush double bed and soft linens. The bay window floods the dining nook with light—perfect for coffee or watching the world go by. Enjoy a stocked kitchen, fresh shower room, free Wi-Fi, and TV. Free parking outside, pet-friendly. Relax, unwind, and make memories year-round! Stylish first-floor, one-bedroom apartment on Augusta Street, 200m from Sheringham’s beach. Cozy double bed, bay window dining nook, kitchen, shower room, free Wi-Fi, TV, and parking. Pet-friendly and steps from the sea—your perfect getaway awaits! Key code access. We are available either via Airbnb messaging or simply call if you need something. The Sands is located on Augusta Street, which is perfectly situated for access to both town and the beach. Please note that at this time due to covid 19 we have removed books and other soft furnishings to ensure the safety of our guests. Please find sanitizer and gloves for you to use. There are canvas bags in the bedrooms and we kindly ask you to strip the beds and place the sheets and towels, bath mats, tea towels and cloths in the bags provided. Thank you in advance. Check in is from 4pm and check out is 10.30am. I am afraid these can’t be altered at this time due to the deeper cleaning taking more time to keep our guests safe. Most of all please take care of the property so others can enjoy it, but most of all relax and have fun.
