Browse the local shops and book a meal at one of the many eateries. The town is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, so jump aboard and enjoy the scenic route to the historic Georgian market town of Holt, which is 7.5 miles away. Walkers can access the North Norfolk Coast Path from the beach and walk 4.5 miles to Cromer, with its famous pier and colourful beach huts. Felbrigg Estate features an elegant house, walled gardens, and a 380-acre wood to explore, and is just 5 miles away.

Head up to the third floor via the stairs or lift, where you’ll find this impressive apartment. Step inside and off the hallway to the right are two lovely double bedrooms. Both are decorated in warm and calm neutral tones, ensuring restful nights’ sleep, and one features an en-suite WC. Further up the hallway is the cosy open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area – an inviting and sociable space with a sofa, Smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. From the windows, you can enjoy some views of the sea and the local golf course. The kitchen offers all the necessary appliances. Completing the apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a free shared gym if you feel like working out located on the ground floor.

Although there is no outdoor area at the property, it is a 200-metre stroll to the shops and an evening walk along the pebble and sand beach. Sheringham Boating Lake is less than 300 metres away, where you can wander the pretty park and garden. Complimentary on-street parking is available opposite the building.
