"Checking staff were really helpful and welcoming. Check in was really easy and efficient. We unfortunately arrived 10 minutes before 10pm and, despite being told that the main restaurant could take orders up until 10pm, the reality was they didn’t want to and directed us to the bar area for a smaller menu. Overall a good experience, but dining is limited (understandably) just before 10pm!"

"I booked one of the lesser expensive hotels near Heathrow airport as I was staying there just one night before a flight. I was genuinely and happily surprised at how nice this hotel was, and how very helpful the staff was. To top it off, the food was great! For 30 pounds, I received a two course dinner and a full buffet breakfast. Very easy to get to the other terminals for 7 pounds on a shuttle bus."

"This Premier Inn is a short bus ride to T2/T3 - very helpful if you are a budget traveller. Room was clean and bright, spacious, comfortable and appealing. Restaurant is open 24/7 - helpful for jet lag and delayed flights etc. Air conditioning was effective, especially during the heat wave. Only downside was how dirty the hallway carpets are. While it doesn't affect the personal use of the property, it is highly off-putting. I had an issue with the hairdryer in my room, and it was promptly replaced with no questions - excellent customer service. Overall, a great stay."
