"The room overall was clean, but the extra beds were not. There was a visible stain on the pull out bed, and the sofa bed did not work as it was broken (the front pillows did not zip) it was also visibly dusty and there was a hair tie under it. So despite booking a triple room my guest and I ended up sharing a bed because neither of us wanted to sleep in the other beds. The rest of the room was clean enough, so I think things just slip through the cracks when cleaning rooms more than a standard double bed stay. On first floor the road noise was truly the biggest issue despite closing the windows, I woke up multiple times from ambulance sirens, this was very frustrating as the bed was comfortable other than that. I'm not sure if higher floors have better windows but this could definitely be improved alongside better cleaning for the extra beds etc. The staff however, definitely made the trip. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist with any issues, I felt very safe here thanks to that. The location is very good for coming and going as it's right next to the tube and train station with a 24 hour shop next door for comfort snacks. I attended a gig at the O2 Empire Shepherd's Bush and it was very easy and comfortable walking distance. Breakfast opportunities are also just across the road with fast food easily accessible too. I would stay here again, but would probably request a different room and prepare for sirens waking me up again lol."

"My wife Vikki and I stayed for one night at The Princess Victoria, and we couldn't have been more impressed. If you are looking for a boutique experience with bags of character rather than a chain hotel, this is the place to be. The staff were welcoming and friendly from check-in to check-out. We honestly wished we had booked for a second night. Highly recommended for a cozy, stylish London getaway! We will definitely stay again!"
