房间太旧，而且一整晚我都觉得床单有东西咬我的感觉，又看不到什么，怀疑是床很久没换长虫了。前台服务员态度也很不专业，见了客人站在前台了，连看都没看，我站在那拿房等了很久。整体不太满意

ホテルの中がかび臭い、トイレの水量が少なく流れないでつまることがある。空調は良かった。窓がきたなくて外の景色がみずらい。部屋のドアの閉まりが悪い、英語もなかなか通じない。

展示会利用であればコストパフォーマンスは高い。

部屋の無料Wi-Fiが切断が多く、また時期的なものだと思いますがVPN接続ができなかったので仕事になりませんでした。それと部屋の金庫のパスワードが設定してもあかず、毎晩ホテルスタッフに解錠しに来てもらうことになったのは不便だと感じざるを得ません。産業展示会に出展するための滞在でしたが、会場までの距離とアクセスの容易さ、それと周辺のレストランなども豊富にあるので、利便性は十分です。深夜の到着となりましたがフロントスタッフは迅速に対応してくれました。ですが、日本円から中国元への換金には一万円でも対応できないと言われてしまい、昨年までとのギャップに驚きましたが、時期的に外国人が多いため、換金するお金がなかったのかもしれません。

This hotel is great if you are attending an event at Shenzhen Exhibition Centre and the Wong Tee Mall is within walking distance, food and shopping are easily accessible and available. It is located close to the subway station. The building is shared with commercial offices, the room is quite big but furnishing is dated and needs some updating.

Good stay

The location of the hotel is great, room is comfortable. Close to a shopping center, and there are different types of food around. It is also in a rather central position of Shenzhen, that means shorter commute time for many different places through the subway system, with one station directly underneath it.

奉勸大家不要去，不可理喻的酒店

入住時間已經係淩晨2點，我地book嘅係高級商務公寓，有一房一廳，入到去當然第一時間開冷氣，等左一個個鍾，已經沖曬涼想訓覺，發覺個冷氣根本唔涼，打電話落去服務台，有個普通服務員上嚟，佢以為我地係唔識開冷氣，我地同佢講，等左一個鍾個冷氣都唔涼，當然佢處理唔到就打電話落去大堂啦，有個叫大堂經理上到嚟，我地話如果整唔到我地想換房，個廳都好少少，間房真係好熱，根本同無開冷氣無分別，重點來了，佢竟然話：宜家呢個天氣係唔需要開冷氣，外面涼涼的，我地係小酒店，全部中央空調，所以無得較，你去其他酒店看看，就算係對面喜來登，他們都會覺得現在不需冷氣，他們都是中央空調，他們都是這樣，如果你真的有需要，不如我給您電风扇。住過大大話話都幾十次酒店，這番說話真係第一次聽，何其荒謬。
