"I use this location a lot when I have to stay overnight around long flights to/from IAH or if I have people to pick up/drop off at the airport. It's very convenient from the airport, long-term parking facilities, and also includes a shuttle. The breakfast and regular coffee stations are valuable. I have often gotten good deals on short notice. "

We understand that things happened and it’s hard to clean balcony and it’s an outside thing but the balcony looked uncleaned and filled with spider webs . Doesn’t have to be perfect but at least clean the spiderwebs up , other than that everything was good , room was good . "
