"Cute little area to get away from NYC. The property had everything you needed for a summer weekend. Parking on site. Bedrooms all clean and spacious with extra bedding if needed. Yard was also very big and private. I would stay here again."

"A good choice for “affordable” stays in the Hamptons. The place is not “fresh” or chic by any means but it’s very acceptable and half the price of many other accommodations. Over all it’s a good value. Clean, well located and homey."
