"This was great for a one night stay - room was very spacious with a queen and two singles, small table and kitchenette. Bathroom was newly renovated and also big. Plenty of room for luggage or extra things if you had kids. Check-in was easy and they were helpful when we needed assistance later with the tv. We also ate at the attached pub. The staff there were excellent, although two of them were really interested to hear about to rooms because they had never seen them! You should let your staff stay in them; they would definitely help promote that as an option to customers. We were served by Hayley and Dom in the restaurant and they were both delightful. They also both gave us the impression that this was a good employer to work for, which was important to us. Walking distance of other shops, restaurants and attractions."

"The staff here are extraordinarily polite and welcoming. The facilities are really great for singles, couple and families. The view from the water view apartments was stunning and being able to enjoy it from out outdoor balcony was lovely."

"Kilcunda Coast House was a very cute cottage set on a picturesque landscape with a view that you could stare at for hours! We went with our four ‘studying’ children so they could somewhat enjoy their exam preparation period. This cottage hit the mark with the wood fire, the large and well-equipped kitchen to prepare study snacks in, the coffee (fresh beans!) machine and comfortable beds. It didn’t necessarily bother us as we weren’t watching TV a lot but for some reason, we could only tune into ABC and SBS so we had to have the footy playing on a laptop. Maybe a broken aerial? The other issue was that there was no firewood or kindling on arrival but Phillip Island Homes sent a lovely guy called Stav around to sort that out for us within an hour of us alerting them, which was a great relief. The cleanliness was overall not amazing if you looked in corners of bathrooms and behind furniture but surface level was decent. The roof and guttering needs attending to for the owners sake! Lots of drips coming down right in the middle of the back decking and loose metal sounds in a breeze. Rabbits, apple trees, nearby llamas and general peaceful ambience with photo-worthy sunsets was a highlight. Watching the kids kick the footy with our dog running around craziily on the immense lawn area was pretty great too."

"Kilcunda Beach is one of my favorite beaches and all of Australia. The location was excellent, as I could walk to the beach, and I was also able to go to a nearby coffee shop, and get some work done, including a Zoom meeting, all well, relaxing in a nice comfortable room."

"Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. This had been noted by another guest in Nov but by our stay in Dec had not been attended to. The decking cracked and bounced beneath our feet. A beautiful location but safety concerns were huge as you could not enter/ exit without using decking. "
