"After several disappointing holiday rentals in recent years, this was a really nice surprise! Great property, super friendly and helpful host. Extremely well equipped house. The house has multiple living zones, and the upstairs area especially is a highlight (we called it The Penthouse). Only possible improvement is the description of the property as within 'short walking-distance' of the beach...it was a solid 15 minute walk away (more if you don't know the short cuts). Overall a great choice and we'd be happy to go back."

"Rosie and I had a great experience at Ladybird cottage. Host Lyn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. All the amenities went beyond our expectations. Highlights were the HUGE comfy bed and the luxurious bathroom. Lyn was especially was a uniquely warm and friendly person. She shared all the information about local events and locations. She even made me some Brandied chocolates because it was my birthday. We have made plans to stay there again. "

The house was fully furnished with thoughtful, useful details like board games, kid friendly furbiture, beach gear, and everything needed for cooking, plus it’s just a short walk to the beach. We loved the open feel, the beautiful front and back yards with stunning sunsets, and the excellent separation provided by the granny flat at the back. Highly recommend."
