Luxury secluded, detached property that sleeps 22 surrounded by an acre of gardens and stunning countryside yet just a short drive from Sheffield city centre and five minutes from Junction 31 on the M1. The indoor, private swimming pool is exclusively for guests' use and is heated all year round. Combined with the eco huttub, it offers relaxation comparable to top spas. It has everything you need for a fun break including a pool table, table tennis, PlayStation 5, croquet, beer pong table and board games.

The home has all mod-cons while retaining classic characteristics such as a mahogany bar area including pool table and chilling zone. Set in one acre of gardens, there is an orchard to the back of the house and extensive lawns plus glorious flower beds to the front. There is also a separate barbecue and outdoor dining area which offer style and comfort while enjoying cooking and eating together. There is extensive parking on the driveway.

There are two downstairs, accessible bedrooms plus a further four bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The two main bedrooms boast king beds with inbuilt televisions, including surround sound. The family bathroom has a shower, there is a third separate shower room and two further toilet rooms.

The spacious kitchen includes all modern amenities for groups wishing to create their own feasts. In the dining room, the beautiful, marble-effect table extends to seat up to 20 people and is suitable for any occasion. The bar has everything you need to whisk up the perfect cocktail experience or why not bring your own cask of beer to use with the draft beer pump? The location of the property sits right at the heart of the country, just five minutes drive from Junction 31 of the M1. It is 17 minutes from Sheffield city centre. The nearest train station is Woodhouse, which is five minutes drive from the house. Sheffield Train Station is 14 minutes away.

There are many fantastic places to visit in the surrounding areas. Watersport lovers can spend the day at Rother Valley Country Park or stretch their legs while taking in the views at Ulley Reservoir. Thrill seekers and young families can't miss Gulliver's World, which is less than ten minutes drive from the house. There are a range of go-carting and crazy golf options nearby.

A number of golf courses are within a short driving distance and less than five miles away are Tinsley Park, Rother Valley, Birley Wood and Sitwell Golf Course and several more. There are many wonderful walks through woodland and countryside in the surrounding area.

Sheffield city centre boasts a host of exciting, cultural venues not least the world famous Crucible, Lyceum Theatre, Winter Garden and Peace Gardens. There are many fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants to explore. It is also home to the World Snooker Championships every year.

Super shopping centre Meadowhall is approximately ten minutes drive and has all the major fashion brands under one roof. All major supermarkets deliver to the house and the nearest grocery stores are just a few minutes drive away.
