"The core issue on this stay was that while I clearly booked Suite 3 specifically on the site, on arrival I was given Room 1 and told that the previous client had extended his stay. This was done without solutions to accommodate my booking nor compensation for the change which was inconvenient for me, given I had opted for Room 3 because of a desk I needed for working. While the room was comfortable, it did inconvenience and I was provided no excuse nor service to apologize."

The room was bright and airy, perfect for the seaside, absolutely spotless too. The hosts were so kind and attentive. Always willing to assist in any way they possibly could. "I wasn't even able to stay at this hotel because when I arrived, the hotel said they had double booked me. They were rude and unwilling to help me sort it out. Thankfully, I was able to call Expedia and they arranged for me to stay elsewhere during my trip. The Milkwood Mansion is completely unorganized and the management is very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend it."
