The cleanliness and softness of the bedding and fresh towels added to thr luxury experience. Entry and exit into the estate seems to be an inconvenience at first but definitely welcomed level of security. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we felt safe at all times."

"This is an older hotel, with Akzo large suites Werth balconies / or Sea views. Just a short drive from beaches and popular Ballito activities. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, while ensuring all my requests were taken care of . The indian cuisine served at the "Dine inn" restaurant is authentic and very delicious! Expect issues With water & electricity- these are issues common for the area and not caused by the hotel or the staff. "

"The room is big and clean , but does not have any view. The hotel in a good and active area, staff are nice and welcoming. Breakfast is poor , if you choose to stay overthere you can take your breakfast at any restaurant arround. Overall is good."

"The apartment was clean but the actual beds were disgusting . They were like sleeping on a plank of wood . If one cannot sleep then the you have a terribble night . Paying good money to sleep on a hard piece of wood . This hotel needs to invest in comfortablw beds otherwise they should close down "
