"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at Little Barham that we were staying at for a family party and trip to Colchester Zoo. It was a super comfortable bed, lovely setup with the zed bed for our son, lovely tea/coffee facilities and fantastic bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with eggs from the chickens laid that morning. They’re such a lovely couple running it and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs which we are hugely grateful for. "

I was given a double bed room but actually it was two single beds and there was a big crack in the middle of the two single mattresses, I couldn't sleep whole night due to this, whole next day my back was hurting. "We stayed one night in order to visit Talliston House in Great Dunmow. We had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely and warm, cosy and had everything we needed. We appreciated the milk, beverages and cookies. Everything was clean, the beds were lovely and it was a very quiet area. The gardens looked lovely, but weather did not allow us to fully explore. "Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "
