ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is arranged over two levels

Entrance Hall
You will enter the magnificent property at ground level with your own private entrance. There is a large porch where coats, wellies, shoes and beach games can be stored.

1st Floor
As you climb the stairs you are welcomed into the hall off which leads a fabulous dining room with beautiful views of St Saviours Church, you will then walk into a magnificent south facing kitchen with sea views out to Luccombe, the kitchen offers Nespresso coffee machine and a large Rangemaster in which to cook up some memorable family meals; a family games room with tv, table football and comfortable seating; a large sitting room offering a stunning triple aspect terrace and stunning sea views where you can lounge on the comfortable outdoor sofas. This floor also has a utility room with wc, washer and dryer and a double bedroom.

2nd Floor
The second floor has a king bedroom and 2 further triple rooms as well as two bathrooms, one with rainfall shower enclosure and freestanding bath the other with a bath and shower over.

OUTSIDE
The Terrance offers plenty of space for outside dining or just to soak up the coastal views.

(Please note the gardens are not available for use for guests of the Upper Apartment)

To side of the property there is parking for 2 cars.

No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.

There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.
