"We stayed here for a week. This is the best hotel in Shenzhen. The service is impeccable, even better than a lot of the hotels we stayed in Japan! Whoever the GM is must run a tight ship. Everyone is super helpful. Great value! Great food! Great service. Lastly, I left my phone behind on my way to the airport. Cynthia, their client relations, was super helpful. She found my phone and shipped to my hotel in Beijing. She was very communicative and lowered my stress level knowing my phone is on the way to me. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Shenzhen next time. "

"Had an amazing experience staying here for 2 nights last weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even offered to upgrade my room for free. The hotel is in the center of the city and easy to get to pretty much everywhere. The room is extremely clean and comfy, I’d highly recommend this place if you ever plan to visit Shenzhen. "
