I have visited this hotel many times. I enjoy the peace and quiet this hotel provides in the middle of the busy She when to Guangzhou industrial area. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are big and very clean.

I have been here multiple times over the years, and always found this hotel to be relaxing oasis in the midst of the busy Pearl River delta. Rooms are well equipped and comfortably sized and the hotel gardens invite for a nice stroll.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure to accommodate for the language barrier. The rooms were clean and amenities were nice. The dinner took 45-60 minutes to arrive once we ordered, which was hard for our hungry kids. It would have been nice to have more pools/hot springs open, as well...given it was a holiday week. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll be back.

前枱沒有標明哪個櫃枱是可辦理退房手續，於是花多了時間排了入住登記的隊伍，到了櫃檯前，服務員才跟我說可以排另一條專門辦理退房手續的隊伍會比較快，但是已經太遲了。現場在辦理退房/入住的住客又多，又沒有其他的職員幫忙作指示
