I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, to begin with, I asked for a non-smoking room and I had to be transferred on day two to another one because the people above me were smoking and the smoke came into my room. The entire staff speaks very poor English and it is truly hard to communicate with them. Although I encountered the above issues, the quality of the food was excellent, and the chef's staff was truly cordial and knowledgable.

No more.....

The air conditioning was set to 26 degrees, no matter what does your control device says in your room....you just can't change it. It was sert centrally. It made me and my wife so uncomfortable to sleep in such a high temperature. Complained to the front desk but was told nothing they can do but offering us a FAN in stead...what a joke. From the moment you stepped off the MTR train, then you would be required at least 20 mins of walk until you can get to the hotel. Also, the pool wasn't really ready yet and it is not mentioned on the website when I was making my booking
