"Room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the location being in walking distance from Yu Garden and really close to the Bund and other attractions."

"Excellent location next to metro and walking distance to prime areas. Room was very comfortable and spacious, water bottles provided in room everyday, good aircon, breakfast was good with variety of western and Asian. Also had free diy laundry with both washer and dryer availability and free detergent. I would definitely book again when visiting Shanghai again."

"Beautiful room that was clean and well organized. The bed were comfortable and the bath tub was splendid. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options that rotated daily. The gym is also amazing with a yoga, tumbling, golf simulator and weights rooms. The location is perfect as it is close to the metro, pedestrian street and the bund. It is my go to hotel for whenever I am in Shanghai."

"Great value hotel with great location and breakfast. I had nothing to complain about the hotel. I was arrived to this hotel after I stopped at another destination before Shanghai. My after heavy use of sunblock and sun exposure with not kid friendly hotel soup usage, my son started to develop rashes on his face by the time arriving in Shanghai, checking in at hotel. We were hoping it will get better but it got worse as we went forward with our travel plans in shanghai. By our third day, when checking out from the hotel to depart to Disneyland, our son's face had noticeable rashes, my wife wanted to take him to a hospital to get a check up. Luckily we had a travel insurance and we wanted to take our son to some of the listed hospitals to visit by international traveler. So we asked the lo by receptionist and I think her name was Suki. She helped us to make a call to the hospital and set up an appointment for was to go immediately with about 15 minutes raxi ride. We then was able to arrive at the hospital had my son checked up by a doctor received an medication and given a direction on what to watch out for and what might be a possible cause. We were about two hours behind wirh our original schedule to go visit Disneyland and we were able to go with medications and peace of mind knowing that it was not anything too serious and could go forward with travel plans with medication and right ways to protect and prevent. We were super grateful for the hotel staffs."
