"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP! To begin with, I want to be clear that this is not about the staff, as they were mostly wonderful. Nor is it about the hotel itself as it was nice. Rather, this about the management and the fact that they will take your money and let you suffer horrible consequences. We arrived at the hotel very late on a Wednesday. After getting situated in our room and into bed, we became aware of a loud, pulsating noise outside our room. This noise went on non-stop...

"This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The restaurant menu was great for breakfast and dinner, with lots of options. The rooms were clean. Not...

"As part of our honeymoon, we spent one night at the hotel. The staff had prepared a lovely romantic decoration in our room, which was a wonderful surprise. Communication with the hotel was excellent — they responded quickly to our emails and even offered transport from the airport at a very reasonable rate. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, so we didn’t get to use many of the hotel facilities. The restaurant food was very nice, and we really appreciated that the...
