"Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room. "

"Great visit. Great rooms. Spa shower is awesome. Thought they had Starbucks inside from looking in online but I guess they just have the beans from Starbucks for regular coffee. Not hotels fault because technically they never said on site they had it. Overall great stay."

The thermostat in room didnt work and one day the whole building was so hot couldnt breathe. My digital key worked for everything but the elevator. "
