"Staff members were friendly and polite."

"Very happy we don’t have to pay for overpriced hotel rooms during football weekends anymore. Please just do a little remodeling, it would help tremendously."

"Great service and location as well."

"Conveniently located to shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech campus. The front desk attendant was very nice, polite and did a great job. The room was clean, pool was clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better shape. This time we stayed it could use some updating."

"Room carpet wasn’t vacuumed pieces of trash around room on floor"

"Walls are thin, you can hear people talking all night. The cars from the street seem like they’re inside your room."

"Clean room, great staff and awesome breakfast!"

"Clean and quiet room. I really needed a good rest and that is what I got. I will definitely stay her again."

"Would not stay here. Building seems to have various maintenance issues. Our first room half the outlets and lights didn’t work, were switched to a new room with same problems and the bathroom door would not stay shut. They collected $200 at check in for incidentals, which takes 3-5 days to refund if not used. The cherry on top was the rude manager (Michelle) who responded to my complaints about the hotel with “you should’ve booked on the Marriott app”. She offered no apologies, no refund and...

"Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea."

"I checked in tired after 36 hours at the hospital. Was told there are no discounts on Friday's so I had to pay approximately $250. There was an ozone odor eliminator running in the room when I checked in. I had to call the front desk to a remove it. The smoke detector was hanging by it's wires. You had to lift the toilet lid to flush the toilet ans the toilet handle bar had been bent to a 90 degree angle preventing it from flushing with the lid on the tank. The volume on the TV was sent on...

"Clean and comfy"

"⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect basic things like hot water and a clean room. During my stay, the shower had absolutely no hot water, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that, the room did not feel clean. It honestly seemed like they just did the bare minimum to turn the room over rather than actually cleaning it properly. Because of these issues, I ended up having to check out early. Before leaving, I...

"This place was ok for just a quick weekend. Would pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time though. Lee checked us in and he was very helpful and kind. The place definitely needs an update and a deep clean.. We love home2 suites and have stayed at multiple locations, this one was the dirtiest thus far. We didn't try the gym area, but that looked pretty clean and had lots of equipment! We unfortunately were unable to try the breakfast as it ends at 9am (which in my opinion, is early.) So,...
