"Room smelled strongly of soy sauce. Old food left in fridge. No bedding provided for the pull-out. When I visited the front desk for bedding, attendant handed me an unfolded bundle of sheets. When I asked for a pillow, she told me she didn’t have a pillow but could give me a pillow case. I wish I were kidding. "

"Not the best first impression. Caepet of Lobby was dirty. Front Desk person was pleasant but taking calls on cell phone, while checking in. Hallways a mess, room not very clean. Just nothing like what was pictured."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly but this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were doors slamming, couples fighting in the parking lot outside our window, and people yelling in the lobby until about 4AM. Bring noise cancelling headphones if you decide to stay here."

"Good location; clean… good value. I would definitely stay again. Had an issue with keys decoding after leaving room prior to checking out.. however it was handled."

"Everything about my stay was horrible. From the pool being closed without any notice even when we called to confirm our reservation, to not being placed in the room we payed for. When we got to the room, they keys didn't work and then the outside door in the room didn't lock and had to be held shut with an old curtain rod. Curtains didn't shut all the way so people could just see in the room. There was only one towel in the room, the toilet would not stop running, and when we turned on the shower, it was broke, as in it was scolding hot and would not get cold. When we got there, we used a different card for the incidental fee but when they ran their audit at night, they charged my card for another incidental fee. (They took $100 from each of us) We had maintenance come to the room to fix the shower but they said it needed a part so they moved us to another room (still not the room we payed for.) This room was better in some aspects, such as more than one towel and we actually had a trash can with a bag. The outside door locked but it was absolutely filthy and the inner curtain was broken. 100% will never stay again."
